Our Story

The Rize culinary team takes pride in the technique and preparation used to put fresh and healthy food on the table. Our Chefs work to utilize local suppliers whenever possible. Developing each and every recipe in-house, our team takes a scratch kitchen approach and makes all of our dishes with the freshest locally-sourced ingredients working with a variety of local suppliers.

Introducing Rize

Enjoy dishes that feature ingredients fresh from the farms in Indiana, fresh baked items made in house, along with the hydroponically grown produce from our very own CRG Grow greenhouse. Top off the Rize experience with a freshly squeezed juice, house-blended smoothie, kombucha, and a variety of freshly brewed coffee options.

Sustainable & Fresh, Our Local Suppliers

Rize’s menu includes locally sourced products from Silverthorn Farms, Eisele’s Honey, Smoking Goose, Fischer Farms, Tulip Tree Creamery, Blue Dog Bakery, Miller’s Farm Market, Shamrock Farms, and Circle Kombucha.

Rize’s menu showcases freshly baked items made in-house, along with the hydroponically grown produce from our very own CRG Grow greenhouse.

Located on Indianapolis’ near south side, CRG Grow uses vertical hydroponic growing towers that supply the restaurant with fresh herbs, microgreens and produce for lighter fare menu items.
